Answer: 13:00 check-in and 12:00 check out. Upon availability and previous notice we can allow an earlier check-in time.

Question: "Is the Price per Apartment or per person?"

Answer: You pay for the apartment, although we do have a maximum number of people who can stay in each apartment.

Question: "Do all apartments have double beds?"

Answer: Yes, all apartment have double beds.

Question: "Do I get fresh towels and soap?"

Answer: Yes, and much more.

Question: "Are the apartments safe?"

Answer: Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best apartments. Besides, some of our apartments are situated in secured estate guarded 24 a day.

Question: Can I call from the apartment?"

Answer: There is a block on "0". It means that you can make free phone calls around Warsaw, but long distance calls may be made after buying the PIN cards for phone calls.

Question: "Can I bring a pet with myself?"

Answer: Yes, but we reserve the right to charge for possible damage.

Question: "How many people can share 1 apartment?"

Answer: Studio apartment: 2 people, 2 bedroom apartment 2-4 people, 3 bedroom apartment 4-6 people.

Question: "Do I have to pay extra for children?"

Answer: Children under 6 years of age can stay, free of charge, using existing apartment bedding. However there is additional charge for a rollaway beds or cots. Children 6 years old and over can stay after extra person fee is settled (if the total amount of guests exceeds standard for the apartment).

Question: "Can I reserve a pick-up service from the airport?"

Answer: Yes, and it is totally free, for more details ask about Airport pickup service while making the reservation

Question: "Where can I park my car?"

Answer: On the street where apartment is located (cost of parking: 1 - 2,5 zł (0,3 - 0,8 €) Mon-Fri: 8.00-18.00; Sat, Sun - no fees). You can also use the secured parking - about 60 zł (15 €) per day

Question: "What does the check-in look like?"

Answer: We invite our guests to the office or meet them directly near booked apartment, where all formalities will be taken care of. You will fill the "Registeration Card", made the payment and recieve keys. Our Reception and employees are ready to help you in the time of your stay.

Question: "What is the fastest way of making reservation?"

Answer: Send a request for your preferred apartment by e-mail/fax and add in comments that if available you are reserving the apartment provisionally.If we reply that the apartment IS available, secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation letter. However, telephone booking is even quicker. UNCONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Question: "Do I have to be in the apartment in the time of cleaning"

Answer: No, the cleaner has the additional key, which is located in the reception.
